Spending time in Madrid

betts_1My first day in Madrid was a blast and filled with awesome experiences! The second day we visited a market that consisted of various cultural foods such as paella and churros. My favorite dessert was frozen yogurt because it was rich and creamy. Also, my friends and I visited a rooftop that displays the wonderful city of Spain. We took many breathtaking photos that captured the cities beauty. My favorite part of the day was when we visited the Prada museum followed by the Botánico garden. We enjoyed walking through the garden that had beautiful flowers and fountains. After a day of exciting activities we ended the day with a delicious meal at a cafe. The croissants, pasta, and tapas were amazing because they were freshly made! Madrid was a wonderful experience and I will always treasure the immersion I experienced  in Spanish culture that day.
