Making Malaga Home

Morgan_Vicknair_Malaga_01The first day In Malaga was an exciting one. We all met our “señoras” [host mothers] for the first time and got to settle in to our new routine. We went to school to take our placement tests to determine our class levels for the next two weeks. After our test and a few hours of class we returned home for lunch. For our afternoon activity, the group hit the city for a walking tour. The tour included many iconic Malaga sites including the cathedral, “Calle Larios”,  the best gelato shop in the city, and briefly passed the Picasso museum. It was a great day and started off the trip with a bang.
