Reasons to Study in Granada, Spain
#1: ALHAMBRA & ALBAYZIN: The Alhambra is by far one of the prettiest places I have visited. It amazes me how such culture and history is displayed in such a rustic place. And Albayzin is like entering Greece. From the top you can see all of Granada and it’s a view that will take your breath away.
#2: FOOD: Tapas. Gelato. Paella. You name it, it’s 10 times better here in Spain. And the best part is that you don’t feel guilty eating all this amazing food because 1) you’re in Spain and 2) you’re constantly walking all your food off—so indulge in that second ice cream of the day!
#3: SHOPPING: Whether it’s shopping at the high-end trendy stores, or in the Arabic street markets, you are sure to find something that will catch your eye and make you cave in. Even better, in the summer there are the best sales here in Granada so you have a greater reason to go shopping.
#4: HISTORY: From the Alhambra to the Cathedral, I’m at awe at how rich the culture and history is here in Spain, especially in Granada. It’s crazy to think how much happened here, and I was mind blown when we visited the burial site of Ferdinand and Isabella.
