My Host Family in Cusco, Peru

V Suszylo Blog Photo

From the first day that I arrived into Cusco, Peru, my host family has been very welcoming to me. I feel like I am improving my Spanish every day in conversation with them. The mother always cooks great food for me and my roommate, and I am very appreciative to able to spend time with them as well as learn a new culture.

– The above blog post was contributed by Victor Suszylo, who studied abroad with ISA High School during the summer of 2015 in Cusco, Peru. Students in most sites live with host families while abroad with ISA High School, which exposes them to the language and culture of their host country.
